JURISDICTION AND LAW:
This
Contract shall be interpreted according
to the laws of Republic of South Africa.
PRICE INCREASE:
Capetravel Online Tours reserves the
right to increase prices for fuel and
government taxes should we be subjected
to unforeseen increases.
VALIDITY OF QUOTATION:
Capetravel Online
Management provides the appropriate
validation on all quotations for
Taylor Made Tours.
For programs included on the website
validations are fixed.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CONFIRMATION OF
EACH TOUR:
Deposit of 50 % 65 days before arrival
Final
payment: 45 days before arrival.
We
will invoice you in Rand at the agreed
price quoted above, and all payments
will be made to us in Rand.
CANCELLATION TERMS - GROUP CANCELLATION:
More
than 45 days before arrival there will
be no charge unless special conditions
apply

days prior to arrival: 50%
29-15
days prior to arrival: 75%
14-0
days prior to arrival: 100%
ALTERATION TO ITINERARY:
Unforeseen circumstances including but
limited to war, mechanical breakdowns,
weather, riots and other unforeseen
reasons beyond the control of the
Company may cause delays or alterations
to the tour. The Company shall not be
held liable in any way for any of these
possible occurrences or any
consequences, which may arise as a
result of these. Although every effort
is made to adhere to the itinerary, we
reserve the right to occasionally change
routes as due to changing conditions. We
reserve the right to alter itineraries
after departure if it is in the Client’s
interest to do so.
BAGGAGE:
Luggage will be restricted to a maximum
of 20kgs per person.
